2015-19: Lecturer, Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY: Intro to Ceramics, Beginning Wheel Throwing.

2012: Graduate Teaching Assistant, University of Nebraska, Lincoln: Analysis and/or Composition, Perceptual Drawing.

2010: Graduate Teaching Assistant, University of Nebraska, Lincoln: Gail Kendall’s studio.

2010-2012: Ceramics Instructor:  The Smithy Center for the Arts, Cooperstown, NY.  The Smithy is a non-  profit gallery and ceramics studio.  I have intermittently taught their 8-week ceramics classes which meet weekly the winter of 2010, spring 2010, and fall 2012.  Position involves class design and instruction, kiln firing, and glaze formation.

2009:  Sacred Arts Workshop, Bryn Athyn, PA. I taught a one-week intensive ceramics workshop as part of the Summer Institute at The Academy of the New Church.

2007-2008:  Apprenticeship with Karen Karnes.  Morgan, VT.  This position developed fluidly:  I was responsible for the firing of Karen Karnes’ gas kiln, material preparation, packaging of work, etc.  In exchange, I was given extensive time and space in K.K.’s studio to develop my own work in conversation with K.K.
